When we describe our business as a fire and water restoration company, we're often met with blank stares.  It seems people kind of know what we do, but not really.  So what is a restoration company and why would you need our services?  If you're an insurance professional, you're quite familiar with what we do, so our intent is not to insult you.  But for the typical homeowner, it isn't something on your radar.  That is, until you need us.  And by that time, you're not thinking straight.

We are the people that come to your house to clean up your mess.  And not even a mess YOU created but a mess you had the misfortune to get.  A kitchen fire, a flood, a pipe break, a toilet overflow...all of these are nasty things to have happen and when they do happen to you, you're in a frantic place and you just need someone to help.  So that's what we do.  We come to your house or your business and we help you clean up. 

How?

•  We assess the damage.  What type of fire is it?  What kind of water is it?  These are critical issues to address since the type of loss will dictate how we clean it.

•  We then give an estimate on the cost to clean it up.  Although we'd love to be exact, sometimes we won't know until we actually get started.  Moisture and smoke are insidious creatures and they get into a lot of little cracks and crevices.  It's important that we address where they are so there's no mold growth or odor after we leave. 

• With your approval, we get started with our restoration process.  Typically it involves drying a home, removing damaged items, cleaning and deodorization.  It's definitely quite involved and each situation is different.  But suffice to say we do whatever it takes to make it "Like it never even happened".
