Commercial Building Smoke Odor and Soot

SERVPRO was called out for soot and smoke cleanup for the commercial building. 

This is a vacant store front commercial building that sustained some pretty heavy soot and smoke damage from a fire next door. The black on the wall is not all soot, however the walls are metal roof framing was all impacted. 

We cleaned all the walls and framing and then encapsulated everything with a white pigmented odor sealer. The sealer is good for applications like this where the detailed cleaning needed is very difficult to achieve. The sealer will reach areas that we can not and the final result will be a nice clean surface ready to paint.
